Can't add new administrators

Hello All,

I add new administrators, or or help desk users and they don't show up in the list.
I did it a few times without success.
Ran the latest update and rebooted, but still no luck, any suggestions?

where did you add them, and where do they not show up?

In confiuguration-> user management -> add, and then put in the information.
Same place I have always added admins.

OK, figured it out, for some reason we were putting an email address as the login, and it does let you put it in, and save, but should give you an error if it doesn't want an email address.
