Dear all,

I'm having trouble starting my virtual machine, and I'm receiving an error message related to a missing logical volume. When I attempt to start the VM, I get the following error:

Failed to find logical volume "vgSSD/vm-117-disk-0"

This error seems to be preventing the virtual machine from accessing its storage volume, which is essential for booting up and running properly.

The VM is running in the cluster that with iscsi Storage.

Any idea why this would happens? we've facing this issue several within the last few months.
