Can't access Webguide after shutdown

Dear all!
I installed a promox host ver 7.1. I Shutdown this host from console after that i start but now i can't access via 8006 port, ssh is ok.
How to fix it?

Check if your pve proxy service is running (systemctl status pveproxy) and check your syslog for errors.
