[SOLVED] cant access proxmox GUI or ssh /VMS works just fine

i run a server with ovh cloud here, i cant seems to access proxmox in web or ssh, but i can access my vm from RDP
im getting this error (port 22): Connection failed.
firewall is off

OBS i can access from another pc but cant acces from my actual machine
