can't able to login after change the ip in host file

i change the ip address in the host name file also change the ip in network interface. on the both location i place the same ip
but now i am not able to login the machine on web panel, error- login failed

* are you accessing via the new IP address?

* is this a clustered setup?

hosts file looks correct.

* which version of PVE is this? pveversion -v

* you connect to https://192.168.1.213:8006 -> choose root as user, type the password and select "PAM" as realm, correct?

* what do you see in journalctl -f when you try to log in?
