Cannot start up VM on my Proxmox

We have issue booting up to our VM
Upon starting we got these error

Then when we see we can see the directories and files

How can we mount the drive and copy out the data without starting the vm? Or anyway to start the VM? Either way works

Looks like your drive is dying (if SSH) or having media errors (if HDD) or maybe controler or cable or other hardware error. Maybe replace the drive (and restore the VMs from backups)?

EDIT: You might not be able to read the data due to errors or it might be silently corrupted. I'm not sure if it is worth the trouble, if the data is not important since you don't have backups.

Problem is no backups but we can still see the data. I just need to find a way to mount to a NAS or external HDD or PC
