Cannot remove a VM based on OpenVZ

I'm trying to remove a VM from the admin panel and doesnt gets destroyed

I cannot even start the VM

In the logs when I try to start It says:

/usr/sbin/vzctl start 103
Unable to open /dev/vzctl: No such file or directory
Please check that vzdev kernel module is loaded and you have sufficient permissions to access the file.
VM 103 start failed -

I recently upgraded the kernel from .18 to .32 maybe this is something related

Any ideas?

2.6.32 does not support OpenVZ - see http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Proxmox_VE_Kernel

so if you want OpenVZ go for 2.6.18 or 24. later this year, a 2.6.32 Kernel with OpenVZ is expected.
