Cannot receive emails from Gmail only

Hello,

I've recently installed a Proxmox Mail GW that works just "fine"!

Its setup as a mail relay and it receives emails from anyone except gmail.com

No configuration either from the Firewall behind it or the Proxmox itself is configured to block or even allow gmail.com.

All engines are updated.

All emails are visible in Tracking Center but no where to be found when we send from gmail. No undeliverable to show, no nothing!

Behind this Proxmox is an Anti-spam engine Firewall - Watchguard, but it shouldnt matter since the first receiver is Proxmox itself

Any recommendations?

Please share the logs of PMG for such a mail - that should show us if PMG does not pass them on, or if the issue is after PMG

(on a wild guess I could imagine that the anti-spam firewall discards the mail in the assumption, that mail from gmail will come from gmail servers - but you should be able to find hints for this in the anti-spam firewall logs)

Check Watchguard. And go to SMTP Proxy and allow gmail.com

same to me.. my pmg can't recieve gmail only, yahoo or else not problem..
its solved?

Hello,

I have the same issue. email from gmail is simply not arriving, if I change the port forwarding so that email goes directly to my email server there is no problem. Any help would be great!

barrydocks: your problem seems to be you have STARTTLS enabled, but do not have any certificate in place.
Check your settings:


"Enable TLS" should be set to No in your case. (pasted log indicates there is no /etc/pmg/pmg-tls.pem )
Or set-up certificate for SMTP properly.
