Cannot login to PVE Web Interface

The Story behind this is a little strange...

I tried to set up a RaspberryPi 4 as "Pimox" but encountered some errors while trying to connect it to my Proxmox Cluster (currently only one Node in the Cluster) so i abandoned the project.
Now i have the problem that i cant login to the web gui anymore.
I tried googling the problem and found some threads here but nothing seems to work...

If i try pvecm status i get the error "Error: Corosync config '/etc/pve/corosync.conf' does not exist - is this node part of a cluster?"

I already rebootet the system and tried systemctl restart pve-cluster pvedaemon pveproxy corosync

The output of journalctl -f gave the following line:

Sep 19 09:21:03 pve pvedaemon[1388]: authentication failure; rhost=::ffff:10.10.0.201 user=root@pam msg=missing required 2nd keys


I had 2FA activated before trying to add another node but deactivated it for the process.

It still ist deactivated...
