Cannot join node to cluster

Hi I've created primary server as cluster and when I try to add my other server to cluster, when I hit
Code: 
pvecm add <IP/hostname>
it returns the error
Code: 
pve configuration filesystem not mounted

Please help :) :confused:

Does it help if you reboot that node? How did you install the node - using the installation CD?
