Cannot install boot loader at the end of proxmox instaltion

i tried to install proxmox on supermicro opteron x 8
raid 6, 8x2TB capacity using areca raid card
at the end of installation 100% system prompt "Cannot install boot loader"
i used to install on other proxmox on other system without raid with 1.5TB
it works fine, what was the problem ?
( tested both pve 2.6.32 and 2.6.35 have same result )

in addition, by default proxmox install with ext3 file system, is there
anyway to install with ext4, since there is no option for
selecting file system during installation.

you need to make sure the install disk (raid volume) is below 2 TB.

ext3 is recommended for OpenVZ, ext4 is not that stable yet (for OpenVZ). if you do not like this you need to go this way: http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Lenny
