Can somebody help me with getting white listing to work using the Welcomelist options either under Mail Filter -> Rules or Mail Proxy -> Welcomelist ?

I have some emails that keep being quarantined despite adding the sender's adress in either or both Welcomelists mentioned above.

I've also tried giving the Welcomelist rule a higher priority so that it is executed before the Modify Header rule, but that did not make a difference.

Spam info of one of these messages looks like this:

The Mail Proxy -> Welcomelist is a postfix senderaccess welcomelist.
It is a "Trusted Host" feature that prevents getting blocked in postscreen, i.e. for SPF or DNSBL tests. It has nothing to do with the SA checks you did above.

For whitelisting SA Checks you need Mail Filter -> Who Object -> Welcomelist
Your test result is normal, even for welcomelisted mails, because they are checked anyway but later in the mailqueue passed (accept mail: rule: welcomelist)
Please post the log from trackingcenter to check what happened in the mailqueue with this mail.

Also check if the address is blocklisted in the user blocklist.

I am also having issues getting the Welcome list to work. I am using the Who Objects. Added an email domain to the list, and it is still getting flagged as spam. Its like it does not even see the welcome list
