Cannot Create a VM

I installed Proxmox's latest version 8.1.4 and when I try to create a VM it tells unable to create VM 100 - no such logical volume pve/data in Promox. How do I fix this so that I can build a VM? I do fix this I don't how to and I am a new user of Proxmox. Please give step-by-step to follow. I need help ASAP. My email address is JWManess66@gmail.com. Please post your console output between CODE-tags, otherwise those tables aren't readable.

For me it looks like your "data" isn't the default LVM-Thin that it should be. Did you temper around with LVM to for example get rid of the "local-lvm" storage?
