Cannot connect to Win 2008 guest via web console

I have a win 2008 domain controller that will not start. I cannot connect to the guest (vm103) via the console option in the proxmox web interface. I tried using:

nc -l -p 5900 -c "qm vncproxy 103 password"

and then using vncviewer 10.0.2.11:103 to connect to it but I get:

vncviewer: ConnectToTcpAddr: connect: Connection refused​

Unable to connect to VNC server​

Please, Please help. I have no means of installing a replacement dc because I cannot view the console for installation

Hi,
use the java-plugin from an actual browser (firefox) to open an console.

If you have trouble with java try spice.
