cannot connect to port 8009

Hi!
I have a server on which the virtualization system ProxMox. I can not connect to it on the web console. In 8009 the port there is no connection . The server I got from the previous one system administrator who gave me only the root user password . I can log in via SSH console. How can I access the web console and the virtual machines to make , at least , their backups ?

Thanks! I have solved the problem! Its other hypervisor on server ).

I really log in in 8006 port. I was mistaken in figure in our text, sorry.
