Cannot connect to network after update to v7.4 and kernel 6.2

Hi
I recently updated from v7.3 to v7.4 and everything was working correctly. The problem started when I installed the opt-in kernel 6.2.
Now I cannot access proxmox remotely. After log in in the machine I see that I don't have any network access (see picture that shows error just before I get the user prompt)

Strange, after disabling Thunderbolt in bios settings, network is up and running. I don't know what is the connection between this two.
