Cannot Connect to Mgmt After Tagging Vlan

I can ping the box just fine after making the Linux VLAN, but the GUI stops responding. If I revert these changes the GUI is available again, if I set the trunk native to 777.

Ideally, I want all traffic to be tagged, including mgmt without having to set the native vlan. I don't understand what's not working.

My lab environment was going through an IOL node, once I went straight to the port everything worked.
