Cannot connect to interface after ISP change

Hey guys. Sorry I don't know a ton here but I recently changed ISP's from Comcast to Pavlov media and I cannot connect to the server 10.0.0.186:8006. I was able to connect fine prior. Not sure exactly what to do here. I was able to check and it shows the port for this is open. Any advice would be appreciated.

So, the port is reported as open, but the WebGUI is not reachable? Have you tried reaching the WebGUI with https://10.0.0.186:8006? It could be that you're not automatically redirected from the HTTP to the HTTPS version of the page.
 
Also, on the tab it shows the proxmox on the tab like it can see it to some degree but still shows that the site cant be reached.
