Cannot Backup // Clone

Hello,
Recently made a 'lack of sleep' mistake on a 'production' PVE server...
I deleted the Local-lvm partition via 'fdisk' thinking I was working on another disk.
The reason I was working on that server is to backup all the Machines to a removable drive for a HDD Replacement .

The amazing thing is that all is working great but I can no longer backup and I need my data out ASAP. I also suspect that on next backup, the partition will disappear alongside all my VM's, so the quicker the better.

Anytips? on how to get my machines backed up?

Been working with proxmox for years now and still consider myself a noob... mostly use the HTML GUI and on rare occasion the SHELL for additional services running on the VE Box.

You can create the partition again with the same boundaries, then the system should be able to work with it again.

Thanks for the tip. Just check with frisk. The partition sda3 which was my local lvm is still here. And just in case it was marked for deletion on reboot I wrote twice to the drive making sure sda3 will not disapear. It seems that I would have to recreate the links or mount points to point to that partition and there whatever I tried to access sda3 results in it being already mounted somewhere but looking at mounts there are no sda3.
Totally newbie on this one... I checked but everywhere there are big warnings about wiping the whole partition when creating an lvm.
