Cannot add to cluster

Hi, I have create cluster, but other pve server cannot add to my cluster.

I have to try add to 192.168.1.51 this cluster, but I got this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I made a stupid mistake.
I just give pve openvswitch bridge ip, does not setting ovs intport.
So I cannot add to cluster.
When I setting ovs intport, I can add to cluster.
