Hi
Can someone please help me? I installed the latest version of Proxmox VE on my home server yesterday. Today it was acting up so I rebooted it. Now I cannot access the webui and the VMs are not running. I am still able to access the system via SSH.
This server is part of a cluster and the 2nd server has issues with webui also. The VMs are up and running so I am afraid to reboot this one at the moment.
On the main server in journalctl -f I see:
Mar 25 18:01:39 pve systemd-logind[679]: Failed to start user service 'user@0.service', ignoring: Connection timed out
Mar 25 18:02:04 pve systemd-logind[679]: Failed to start session scope session-2.scope: Connection timed out
Mar 25 18:02:04 pve sshd[973]: pam_systemd(sshd:session): Failed to create session: Connection timed out
Mar 25 18:02:39 pve systemd-logind[679]: Failed to stop user service 'user@0.service', ignoring: Connection timed out
Mar 25 18:03:22 pve sshd[1004]: Accepted password for root from 192.168.0.84 port 59868 ssh2
Mar 25 18:03:22 pve sshd[1004]: pam_unix(sshd:session): session opened for user root(uid=0) by (uid=0)
Mar 25 18:05:18 pve systemd-logind[679]: Failed to start user service 'user@0.service', ignoring: Connection timed out
Mar 25 18:05:43 pve systemd-logind[679]: Failed to start session scope session-3.scope: Connection timed out
Mar 25 18:05:43 pve sshd[1004]: pam_systemd(sshd:session): Failed to create session: Connection timed out
Mar 25 18:06:18 pve systemd-logind[679]: Failed to stop user service 'user@0.service', ignoring: Connection timed out
I have attached output from dmesg -w, pveversion, journalctl -f
Any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks in advance,
Dara
