Can you add web users manually ?

We have PMG processing mail for some domains for which we have no control over, hence there is no possibility for an LDAP connection to sync all users from the domain. I am trying to find a way to add a web user for such a domain, so they can login and check spam. Local users will not do in this case.
 
If you mean users for checking their own spam-quarantine only - then this is built-in - just enable the spam-report and select Ticket (or Ticket+LDAP) as Authentication mode for the quarantine.


If you mean actual Admin users - then keep in mind that this might be a bit too many privileges. Apart from that - you'd need to create them in PMG, but you can use the REST-API to automate this.
