Can Not start a guest after forced reboot

After a Forced reboot one guest don want to start, I have the following error:

I/O Error looks likes an HW or filesystemerror. HDDs are OK? Smartchecks? Force an Filesystemcheck:

What is the output of

# qm config 100

Seems you try to pass /dev/sdc but there is no such device.

proxmox been running well
I ask the help from my friends
