can not set gateway of vm

pve 's gateway is 192.168.5.1 , the vm(arch and linux) use the host 's gateway by default.
I want to change the vm's gateway.
But after changing the vm's gateway by using "ip route", the gateway will be reset to 192.168.5.1 after rebooting.

If you are using static IP then you should study this document: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/systemd-networkd#[Route]

If you are using DHCP then you should look into your DHCP configuration to find out how to give out custom IP/route.
