Greeting everyone!

I bouht a ups for my proxmox server, and wanted to install it, but I ran into weird issue with proxmox where I can not reboot or poweroff the machine with ui buttons in the web ui or shell (also in web ui) inside of my proxmox instanse. I previusly had in issue with perl, which i reisntalled with advice from my previus post on the forum. VMs inside of proxmox itself poweroff and restart with no problem. I have attached a screenshot below. I will be glad for any help on this issue!

Kings regards

Mikhail

Often a sign of defective RAM. Just press the button on your server, if that doesn't help, then stop all VMs and turn off the server hard. Then you do a memtest and see if everything fits.

But you can first look in dmesg -T and check what it says. Please use the code tags (

) and not screenshots or inline code tags for this.

I ran a full scan with memtest86+ built in proxmox installation media and it passed it with no errors. Is there anything else that can cause this issue? I unfortunately cannot post the photo of the result because it weighs too much for this forum.
