Can not live migrate

I have 2 Clusterservers up and running with drbd and such.
Migrating VMs offline is working slowly: rsync is copying the complete file though it is already available via drbd.
when i try to migrate online it fails with:

Jan 14 15:52:41 Failed to sync data - can't do online migration - VM uses local disks

Can't find anything in the docu. Any clue?

The disks of the VM are not on the drbd storage. Did you add your drbd storage to proxmox? You have to move your disks to that storage.

SOLVED:
I found the mistake: I did not share the storage!
Maybe this should be made clear in the howto.
Now it is working like a charme...
