Can not create CT in Proxmox 4 beta 1

Hi all !
I have downloaded and installed the Proxmox 4 beta 1. The installing is very smooth and quickly.
But when I access to the web gui, and try to create CT from the template I downloaded to local storage from the web gui, Proxmox printed the output error like the following :

Please help me to know what problem happened at here ?

Please update - seems you do not run latest version?

Thank you for your suggestion, the veriosn I downloaded and installed is 4.0-a7dc5694-9, Updated on 23 June 2015.

pls update via:

> apt-get update
> apt-get dist-upgrade


reboot and try again.
