Can not access True Nas Running on top of Proxmox

I have Proxmox running on a machine and inside that I have installed True Nas scale.
I have few apps running on Truenas scale that are easily accessible from other machines on my network.
But when I try to port forward it from outside my network it is not accessible. Although I can access my Proxmox GUI

My Proxmox IP = 192.168.1.133
My TrueNas Scale IP = 192.168.1.142

TrueNas Scale uses vmbr0 as network device.
