[SOLVED] Can license be migrated from 1 host to the other ?

Hi all,

Last week I got community license and in the heat of moment I added it to my ProxMox host day before switching modo and CPU. Now if I try to add it is gives me error ?
Think that license is bing to some hardware ID. Is it possible to migrate it or it is gone with old mobo+cpu combo I just sold ?
PS
Installed clean ProxMox on new hardwawe because old install was not able to boot due to Efi errors

In reference to the Subscription Agreement [1] section 3.13, it is possible to move the subscription 3 times per year between servers using the shop [2].
