Can i pass onboard gpu's through to VM clients as well as Dedicated ones?

Hi there

Im relatively new to the whole pass through aspect of proxmox (and enjoying it too i might add). To that end ive upgraded my old Dell Latitude Micro setup to a Dell precision setup with an A2000 gpu. And, to that end thats the above question...can i pass through the onboard card as well as the A2000 or am i restricted to just the dedicated card (assuming that when the dedicated card is plugged in it disabled the onboard card at bios level?

If anyone could take a swing at that?

It will not work but not because onboard cards cannot be passed through but the first found GPU is always "occupied" by OS for it's own console and therefore it cannot be passed through.

Ah - right...i was experimenting earlier...passed through the intel onboard gpu...the vm did find it but when rebooted found the a2000.

I have another question....?

with the a2000 enabled and live if i remote in externally from my network using vnc i get a screen but im locked at 1200x800 (which is what i see in the console) not managed to get round that yet!!
