As i remember someone asked about veid 00x numbers. 1.2 proxmox wui support 00x number for veid, but vzctl dont.

# vzctl set 001 --hostname test --save
Warning: distribution not specified default used /etc/vz/dists/default
Saved parameters for CT 1

# pveversion -v
pve-manager: 1.2-1 (pve-manager/1.2/3982)
qemu-server: 1.0-12
pve-kernel: 2.6.24-6
pve-kvm: 85-1
pve-firmware: 1
vncterm: 0.9-2
vzctl: 3.0.23-1pve3
vzdump: 1.1-1
vzprocps: 2.0.11-1dso2
vzquota: 3.0.11-1

This would be very good to support 00x veid from openvz team

Why can you simply use '1' instead of '001'?

I can give you another problem with vzdump

# vzdump --restore vzdump-100.tar 1
ERROR: strange VPS ID '1'

# vzdump --restore vzdump-100.tar 10
ERROR: strange VPS ID '10'

# vzdump --restore vzdump-100.tar 010
INFO: restore openvz image 'vzdump-100.tar' using ID 010
INFO: extracting archive 'vzdump-100.tar'
INFO: Total bytes read: 668385280 (638MiB, 87MiB/s)
INFO: extracting configuration to '/etc/vz/conf/010.conf'
INFO: restore successful

Another problem with wui. I cant remove 010 001 vps from wui list (they are destroyed using wui, but config files and /var/lib/vz/private/veid still exist. vzlist -a dont show them). So i have to remove config files and private directorys by my self.
