[SOLVED] BUG: soft lockup - help !

Hello, hope this is the right place for my question

I am new PVE user and trying to create VMs
Creating ubutu 20.04 worked without noticeable issues.
But Windows seems more challenging. I am using with video for steps https://youtu.be/6c-6xBkD2J4 and observe error:

kernel:[ 1200.562532] watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#10 stuck for 23s! [kvm-nx-lpage-re:3563]
while trying to use Windows VM for setup.

Any clues appreciated !

I seems that my RAM was faulty, replaced and seems working fine now
