Bug Report: Realtek 2.5Gbps Ethernet downgraded to 100Mbps with kernel 6.17!

Hello everyone,
This post informs users experiencing this type of issue, as well as developers.
I'm using PVE 9.1.4 no-subscription repo with kernel 6.17.4-2. I recently realised that network connection downgraded to 100 Mbps.
TLDR: 6.17 kernel has a bug. That's the issue!

Gigabit Switch / Realtek 2.5Gbps Ethernet
Realtek ethernet default kernel driver is r8169.

Tested it with kernel driver r8125 but still same. 100 mbps!
I've tested my server with archlinux (live usb). Latest Endevaour OS comes with 6.17.8 kernel. Guess what? Connection linked with 100 Mbps!

TEMPORARY SOLUTION:
Now I'm using the proxmox with 6.14 kernel and gigabit connection enabled.
