Hello
For some time we have an unknown and very critical problem.
Our disks are completely unavailable at random and all vm hosted on it are disconnected.
We have use HP DL360p G8 with Samsung 980 1TB NVMe M.2 Disk.
when boot from rescue disck and FSCK problem has been fixed,
We feel that there is a problem with the Samsung kernel and firmware.
All disks are new and their smart does not show any errors.
Please see the dmesg log error on attachment.
Proxmox Version : 7.2.11 all updated,
Thank you

Please post bugs to the bugtracker.

The errors in out dmesg output are subsequent faults, can you provide the actual error?
Are those Samsung 980 Pro, the prosumer stuff? I don't think you'll have warranty in your g8, have you? AFAIK they are not officially supported drives from HP.

The problem is not from Samsung, we have hundreds of nvme disks with this configuration and they have no problem with this same proxmox,
This problem has just appeared and is probably a kernel problem with the Samsung firmware
