From what I see, the bug report is not rejected; it's just not a top priority, as nobody has been assigned or working on it.

There is no other state to move it to before somebody starts working on it. as I already told you on the forum, installer features are normally batched before the next minor release..

Apparently @t.lamprecht was assigned to work on it according to the bug history, but still nothing has changed...
