BUG? pve 8.2 lxc ubuntu 24.04 created in privileged mode can't attach to console and no ip.

Is this a bug? I created 20.04 and 22.04 with no problems, but when I created 24.04, I couldn't attach the console, and there was no IP after lxc-attach ID.
