Bug "Login failed. Please try again" " Connection error - Timeout."

I currently have 2 proxmox pve but my first pve is failing
"Login failed. Please try again"
and I have to log in to the remaining pve and as you can see I can't control the VM and LXC,
I'm very confused please help me how to fix this part

If you have a cluster of just two nodes, without a third quorum nodes, you probably got a "split-brain" situation (see also External vote support).
In this situation, if these nodes fail to communicate, they go into a read-only mode to prevent all kind of disasters.

Please share a bit more about your setup. What's the network situation etc.?

SSH should still be working. Please ssh into the nodes and share your network configuration (ip a, cat /etc/network/interfaces), the syslog journalctl -b) and the cluster status (pvecm status).
Also, try pinging each node from the other one.
