Hello Experts,

I’ve been running Proxmox as my hypervisor for the past three years without issues, but starting last week it began behaving unexpectedly. The system randomly freezes and requires a reboot to resume normal operation. After a reboot, it runs fine for a few hours before the problem recurs.

I’ve collected the logs and attached them here for review. Based on my initial research, this could be related to an SSD problem or a partition corruption issue. However, when I checked the SMART stats for the disk, everything appeared normal. I’ve attached a screenshot of the SMART report as well, in case I overlooked something.

Could you please guide me in the right direction to troubleshoot and restore my unstable hypervisor?

You got I/O write error and so the kernel did set your ext4 readonly. You definitive need new OS disk ... and a good backup+restore ...
