Hi,
I have a 4 Node proxmox cluster that have been running nicely for a long time.
Until a few days ago when a HDD failed in a node, was not a big problem as all vm's where stored on ceph, but the OS itself of the node needs to be reinstalled.
After reinstalling proxmox on the nod with new hdd and joining the cluster I am continually getting message "broken pipe (596)" in the webgui.
I have checked that mulitcast is going on ok with omping and I can sucessfully browse /etc/pve on all nodes, and see changes are being replicated.
my thinking is that this is maybe related to ssh known_hosts on the nodes, the reinstalled node has the same ip/hostname as the old one
I have tried to delete the enrty from .ssh/known_hosts but with no success.
Can anyone help to explain what this broken pipe message means in the webgui, any troubleshooting steps?
