Hi guys,
I've the following setup: Proxmox is running in a VirtualBox with Bridged Network Adapter:
Proxmox running in that VM has the following network interface:
ip addr:
To this point everything works fine. I can ping the gateway: 192.168.178.1 from proxmox host and internet access works fine as well. The problem is, that in a VM hosted by proxmox I cant get internet access or ping the gateway.
Config of the network adapter of an ubuntu vm hostet by proxmox:
The netcfg.yaml looks like that:
ip addr returns:
From my Laptop I can ping the ubuntu vm and I can see the ip in my gateway. But why is no connection ubuntu vm > proxmox > gateway possible? Is a bridged network cascade even possible?
