Bounty: VM owner panel

I would like to start a bounty for a much needed feature for proxmox: A VM owner limited access panel.

This is a much needed feature (IMHO) which will help adoption of proxmox in many small shops.

The panel needs not be fancy. A simple Start/Stop/Reset/Reboot operations will be enough.

I myself offer eur.150 towards the goal.

Don't leave me alone. Everybody interested in this feature making it in the code NOW please stand up and put some money on the table.

I would also kindly ask for Proxmox to step in and appoint a manager to this specific issue, so we can track the progress and get some accounting on the money (and also we need to know how to get the money to Proxmox team... paypal? bank? etc).

this feature is planned for 2.x series as it needs user management (which is not in place for 1.x). we are making good progress on these basics and as soon as the first beta is here you can start thinking of a vm owner access panel.
