Boot Probleme - OPNsense -not a bootable disk

Hello.
I'm trying install OPNsense on Proxmox 8.2.2
but i receive the error"not a bootable disk"
I change the boot order, i try change some hardware in virtual machine.
But don't works.

OPNsense verion: OPNsense-24.7-vga-amd64

What i can do to fix this?

Verify that "Options --> Boot Order" lists "ide2" at the top. (Disable all the others, only during this installation process.)

When downloading OPNSense, the image type defaults to vga, which is for creating a USB boot drive. This downloads an img file, which looks like what you have. I made the same mistake.

Instead, select image type dvd to download a bootable iso file. Of course, this needs to be extracted as others have mentioned.
