I am having a boot problem with my proxmox PC,
when it boots it shows this:



Is my pc broke? or can this be solved

Well it found the volume group, probably the root filesystem is corrupt in some way. Have you tried fsck as stated in the Message already?

fsck usually requires an argument, particularly a filesystem.
So typing fsck and hitting Enter isn't enough.
Try fsck /dev/mapper/pve-root
