Boot failed after hard reset few times

PVE 7.0 and faced this problem times ago, but I just fresh install to resolve

But it happen again, the screen froze, see attathment, something like:
failed to open Intel firmware: intel/ibt-hw-37.xxx

I use live CD also got these two bluetooth errors,
When I use boot recovery mode, I got:

A start job is running for Network initialization (xx / no limit)​

I thinks it's because of mis configure of network, how can I enter rescue mode to edit network profile?
can you tell me how to fix it, I can enter boot rescue mode but can not enter shell prompt

I found the reason is becuase of mis config in interfaces file
and also can get into shell when use debug mode exit to shell prompt
