Hello all,
I have installed two USB gigabit ethernet NICs, and I want to create a LACP bond for these two NICs. The purpose of this is to pass NFS traffic from my NAS to the Proxmox server. I have setup the bond for these two and specified LACP 802.3ad for the bond mode, with a hash of layer2+3. My switch is a Netgear switch. In the first screenshot you will see that l2(lag2) is setup for for LACP. My Proxmox config is:
auto bond0
iface bond0 inet manual
bond-slaves enx207bd2996df4 enx207bd29d08df
bond-miimon 100
bond-mode 802.3ad
bond-xmit-hash-policy layer2+3
Do I need to tweak my hash mode, either within Proxmox or on the switch, to get the ports to come live? Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Steve
