Blocking Outgoing Spam (RESOLVED)

Hi everyone!

I'm new to PMG so please bear with me.

My PMG server is letting out some very obvious spam and I'm trying to block outbound spam.

I have set up 2 cPanel servers to SmartHost to my PMG server on port 26 so that all domains on the cPanel servers can relay out.

I have also enabled the Mail Filter > 'Block outgoing Spam' Rule and added all the spam levels and virus. I've set it to the highest priority etc.

Can anyone help me with the configuration (screenshot attached), have I done it wrong? the objective is to simply block any spam leaving my servers.
