Block message by content

Hi,
I have a Zimbra Mail Server and I'm getting thousands of emails, that have this content:

Content-Description: Mail message body

Z I M B R A

They come from different domains, emails and subjects.
How can I block by this content, they're all have this in common.

this question comes up quite often here - so there are a few thrads which address it - e.g.

In general I would recommend against blocking simply on a word in the mail-body as this usually creates many false positives
rather check the logs and see if your PMG follows the best practices from the wiki-page:
