Hi @All,

i´m new to this very good mail securtiy gateway and for the first 7 days proxmox filters out spam msg. very good!! now i like to increase the spam detection by using new rules, but i´m not sure which will be the right one.

i want to block mails that contains text like "sex" "pussy". For this i create "ContentType Filter = content-type=text/.*pussy" or "....content-type=text/.*sex" inside the "Mail Filter - what". Is this the right way to block the content?

thx for help!!

hi,

I suggest you take a look on the deployment guide, chapter "performance tuning". first and best "weapon" against spam is rejecting messages before you get them - means SMTP level filtering.

Building word lists for negative scores is not recommended in the first run and not necessary to get a good spam detection rate . (contenttype points to attachments and therefore this is the wrong place)

If I want to filter content, how do I do it?
For example: I want to block emails that say "MUHASEBE EĞİTİMİ USB SETİ"?
Isn't that possible?
