I need to block outgoing emails when more than one recipient with different domains are added in the TO and Cc field, and also make exceptions with these domains that in some specific cases can send together.
For example, I will send an email where the recipients are: lucas@dominio1.com, pohlmann@dominio2.com
This email must be blocked upon departure, as there are two different companies (domains) in the recipients.
Is it possible to make this rule using the email gateway tool?
I use Office 365.
