blk_update_request: I/O error on CentOS based SME Server guest using XFS inside of VM

Running Proxmox 7.1. Just installed SME Server 10 (see: https://wiki.koozali.org/SME_Server:10.0) based on CentOS 7 and with its main filesystem using XFS (by its choice). When I reboot the system I receive some errors and when I attempt to type in a username to login, it goes a bit bonkers as you will see (no, caps lock is not on or at least should not be and I cannot turn it off):

Any idea what's going on here?
